Introduction of Pressed Kneader

Dispersion Mixer has become the most commonly used type of mixer in the rubber and plastics industries. The tilt mixer with its uniquely designed rotors, rotor blades, mixing chamber and pressure lid allows for thorough material flow and controlled shear mixing within the mixing chamber. This intensive mixing achieves a uniform compound mixture with exceptional dispersion of materials.

The screw extrusion type kneader is mainly composed of five major parts: mixing and kneading part, screw extrusion part, machine base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, and electric control system.

Maximum Dispersion & High Production

Double blades with special spiral angle, proper clearance and high cooling effect give excellent dispersion which can not be obtained from open mill. Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.

No Powder Leakage

Both sides of the rotor blades are injected welding a iron alloy ring, which assures sealing and protects the blades from abrasion. Imported bakelite sealing ring, which make super sealing. The chamber around are designed with groove, then embeded with rubber stip, this make sure the whole mixing chamber is well sealedm and prevented environmental pollution.

Easy Cleaning & Color Change

Mixing chamber can be tilted down for 140 degree, which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made without trouble.

Easy Operation

Easy operation with Push-buttons and hand lever valves from the operation board.  Automatic temperature and time control system

Short Mixing Time

Mixing time ranges from 6 to 12 minutes depending on compound’s specific gravity. Its output equivalent to 2 units of mixing mill.
