The extruder equipped with a water ring die face hot cutting design, can be widely used in various plastic processing and granulation, such as filler masterbatch, black and white masterbatch, plastic recycling and pelletizing, etc. The whole production line includes single/twin screw extruder, double-station hydraulic screen changer, water ring granulator, vibrating machine, cyclone system and centralized control cabinet.

The processing of water ring type pelletizing line:

  1. extruder machine: plasticize the materials well and degassing the material to improve the pellets quality.
  2. hydraulic screen changer: filter out the impurities.
  3. water ring cutter: cut plasticized materials into pellets while the material is out from the perforated mould
  4. vibrator machine: classify the pellets and shake off the most water.
  5. cyclone system: spin out water content, and convey the pellets into silo for easy package.
  6. centralized control cabinet: control the running of whole plastic pelletizing line.

It is suitable for certain recipes, such as PE/PS/EVA/TPU etc. The final pellet looks nicer and has good flowability. The length of production line is shorter than that of strand pelletizing.
