Failure reason: In the waste plastic granulator, resulting in the waste plastic granulator in the operation of the friction clutch off, the reasons for interlock shutdown can be divided into four categories: (1) Main motor system failure: 1, the main motor torque is too high or too low, 2, the main motor speed is too low; 3, the main motor bearing temperature is too high; The main motor winding temperature is too high; 5, the main motor water-cooled cooler inlet temperature is too high; 6, main motor bearing lubricating oil pump export flow is too low; 7, main motor bearing lubricating oil pump outlet pressure is too low; 8, the main motor water-cooled cooler water leakage is too high. (4) Underwater granulator system failure: 1, cutting machine winding temperature is too high, 2, granulator speed is too low; 3, the cutting machine torque is too high, 4, the particle water by-pass automatic switching fault, 5, the particle water pressure is too high or too low; 6, the particle water flow is too low; 7, cutting machine clamping bolts are not tight; 8. The hydraulic clamping pressure of the granulator is too low; 10, the cutting-particle motor fault, 11, the hydraulic cutter shaft to the pressure is too low.
