1. Blending modification of PP/LDPE

Formula Resin PP100; Pe-g-mah5 of compatible agent;

Performance PP and PE blending can improve the toughness of PP and increase the impact strength of low temperature falling ball.

The yield stress of the blending material is 13.6MPa, the yield strain rate is 12.3%, the fracture stress is 4.78MPa, and the fracture strain rate is 114.6%.


2. Blending modification of PP/HDPE

Formula Resin PP57.35; antioxidant 10760.2; HDPE40;

PEPQ0.2, cross-linking agent tert-butyl peroxide isopropyl 0.15; processing auxiliaries magnesium stearate 0.1; filler Wollastonite 2;

Processing technology At ambient temperature and pressure, the components are blended in a high speed mixer by a formula proportion of 10min, then the twin screw extruder is used for melting blending and extruding granulation.

The extrusion temperature is 150-220 ℃, the screw speed is 300r/min, and the PP/HDPE blending modification material is made by the cutting and drying process.

Performance Tensile strength of 34.8MPa, cantilever beam impact strength 49.3j/m.

The surface extinction effect of the material is good, it can be used in the fields of packing, daily necessities and building materials.


3. Blending modification of PP/LLDPE

Formula Resin pp (epf30r) 60-70; titanate coupling agent (nd2-311) amount;

lldpe15-20 Antioxidant toughening Agent Poe (8150) 5~10; light stabilizer amount, filler talc powder (average particle size 12μm) 10~15;

Processing technology such as high-speed mixer preheat to 110 ℃, add a certain amount of inorganic filler, low speed stirring 15min, three times to add filler mass fraction of 2% coupling agent, after each add coupling agent, high-speed stir 5min, and then release filler standby.

According to the proportion of the formula to accurately weigh PP, PE, POE, fillers and other auxiliaries, mixing and adding twin-screw extruder hopper, extrusion granulation. Extrusion temperature of 190-220 ℃, the main screw speed 200r/min, feeding screw speed 20r/min.

After drying, injection into the required products, injection temperature of 190-210 ℃, injection molding and pressure, MPA, pre-plastic pressure 6MPa.

Performance PP and LLDPE blend, can improve the toughness of PP and environmental stress cracking, and add Poe to toughening, so that the toughness of the blend is greatly improved; with talcum powder, to ensure that the material is sufficiently rigid. Its tensile strength is ≥26mpa, elongation at break ≥400%, bending elastic modulus ≥1.6gpa, thermal deformation temperature ≥110℃, forming shrinkage rate is 1.15%.

This product is mainly used for light vehicle door liner material.


4. Pp/poe modification of super-toughness and blending

Formula Resin pp (K7726) 329; PP (K8303) 120;

PP (2401) 90, toughening Agent Poe (8150) 256, antioxidant 10101.2, antioxidant DLTP2.4, lubricant ZnSt2.4, coloring agent carbon black 0.5;

Processing technology First of all components according to the formula proportion weighing, into high-speed mixer in low speed mixing 1min, and then high speed mixing 1min, out of the material, into twin-screw extruder, mixed extrusion granulation.

Twin-screw extrusion granulation using a medium-strong shear screw combination, the temperature is: the first paragraph 180 ℃, the second paragraph 195 ℃, the third paragraph 210 ℃, the fourth paragraph 220 ℃, fifth paragraph 235 ℃, nose 230 ℃, screw speed 350r/min

Performance

Tensile strength 17MPa; elongation at break 500%; flexural strength 18MPa; flexural modulus 700MPa; cantilever notch impact strength (ambient temperature) 750j/m, ( -40℃) 320j/m, thermal deformation temperature (1.82MPa) 102 ℃.


5. Blending modification of Pp/hdpe/poe

Formula Copolymer pp (M1600) 30; filler CaCO3 (400 mesh) 20; poly pp (v30g) 15; titanate coupling agent 0.2;

HDPE (8920) 20;20 dispersant liquid paraffin 0.1; toughening agent POE15;

Processing technology First the CaCO3 in 110 ℃ dry 4h, according to the formula proportion to join the high speed mixer 1min, and then add titanate coupling agent and dispersant low speed mixed 3min, surface activation treatment. The purpose of activation treatment is to increase the miscibility between inorganic fillers and resins. Then the PP, HDPE, Poe and surface activated CaCO3 are mixed and stirred evenly, the mixing temperature is 100~105℃ and the time is 5min. Finally, the φ58 twin screw extruder is used to blend extrusion granulation.

Extrusion temperature of 210 ℃, screw speed 140r/min.

Performance Tensile strength is 18.5MP, fracture strain rate is 61%, notch impact strength 32.0kj/m2. The enhanced effect of talcum powder in PP filler modification is better than that of CaCO3, but it has higher plasticity and toughness retention rate.

Compared with EPDM, Poe has a better toughening effect.


6. Blending modification of PP/HDPE/EPDM

Formula Resin PP100; toughening agent epdm15%;

HDPE20; lubricant HSt0.4;

Processing technology According to the formula proportion of PP, HDPE, EPDM and lubricants joined in high-speed mixer, mixing and stirring evenly, mixing temperature of 100~105℃, the time is 5min. The extruder is then blended to extrude the granulation.

The diameter ratio of the extruder is 25:1, the barrel temperature is a 170~175℃, two segment 180~190℃, three 200~210℃, four 210~220℃, and the screw speed 60~100r/min.

Performance Tensile strength 27.5MPa, flexural strength 34.2MPa, notch impact strength 24.8kj/m2.

EPDM and PP have similar solubility parameters and surface tension values, which can be considered to be compatible with each other and have a good compatibility and toughening effect when blending.


7. Blending modification of Pp/hdpe/eva

Formula Resin pp (powder) 100; EVA (VA content 18%) 15; filling Agent Active CaCO3 (800 mesh) 30;

HDPE (5000s) 10; stabilizer BaSt0.3; lubricant HSt0.5;

Processing technology

According to the formula proportion will each material in turn into the high-speed mixer, high speed mixing 10min, material temperature up to 90~100℃, so that the active CaCO3 powder, HDPE, Eva and pp powder mixed evenly can be out of the material. The mixed materials are extruded by φ45 extruder, the die-extruding material strips are cooled by sinks, the air is cooled, and then the grain is cut into the granulator by traction.

Extruder barrel is: Feeding section 80-100 ℃, compression section 170~180℃, homogenization section of 180~190℃, mouth mode temperature 190 ℃; screw speed 60~120r/min.

Performance Tensile strength 25.5MPa, flexural strength 38.9MPa, break elongation 255%, notch impact strength 9.1kj/m2, thermal deformation temperature (18.6MPa) 59 ℃.

Eva modified PP material has high impact performance, good toughness, high gloss and low cost, and has broad application prospect in engineering.


8. Blending modification of Pp/ps

Formula Resin PP100;

PS10; compatibility SBS10; lubricant HSt0.4;

Processing technology The components are weighed according to the formula proportion, put into the high speed mixer to mix evenly, out of the material, and then melt the extrusion granulation in the extruder.

Extrusion temperature is 170-230 ℃.

Performance

Yield strength 29.2MPa, elongation at break 7%, elastic modulus 1432MPa, impact strength 27kj/m2.

PP and PS are incompatible systems, and the addition of SBS reduces the size of dispersed phase, and promotes the system to be uniformly dispersed, thus toughening and compatibility.


9. Blending modification of Pp/hips

Formula Resin PP51.8; nucleating agent sodium phosphate 0.1;

HIPS18 bis (heptane) disodium 0.1; filler talcum powder 30;

Processing technology The components are weighed according to the formula, put into the high speed mixer mixing evenly, out of the material, and then in the twin-screw extruder melt blending extrusion granulation.

Extrusion temperature 1,901,210 ℃, screw d/l≥32.

Performance

The linear expansion coefficient of the automobile parts prepared by this material is low, and the workpiece has the advantages of uniform size, small assembly gap and the use of automobile in different temperature environment.


10. Blending modification of PP/PA66

Formula Resin PP100; Pp-g-mah10 of compatible agent;

PA6620, additive 0.2;

Processing technology Mixing PP, PA and auxiliaries in high speed mixer, then extruding granulation.

Mixing temperature 80-100 ℃, stirring time 10min, extrusion temperature of 200-245 ℃, screw speed 60-120r/min

Performance

PA66 and PP blends, the notch impact strength of the blend material at room temperature and low temperature is increased, the notch impact strength of the blend is 108.9j/m2 after mixing with 10%pp-g-mah, tensile strength 38.8MPa, elastic modulus 1710Mpa, elongation at break 37%.


11. Blending modification of Pp/pet

Formula Resin PP100; nucleating agent 0.1;

PET15, PP-G-AA5 of compatible agent;

Processing technology The components are weighed according to the formula, put into the high speed mixer mixing evenly, out of the material, and then in the extruder melt blending extrusion granulation.

Extruder l/d is 25:1, barrel temperature 200-230 ℃, screw speed 60-100r/min.

Performance Tensile strength 34.2MPa; bending strength 63.1MPa. Pet and PP blending can not only improve the pet's disadvantage, but also can improve the impact strength and mechanical properties of pp. But the polarity of the two resins is large, pet is polar Polymer, pp is non-polar polymer, the compatibility is poor.

The compatibility of the two phases can be improved obviously by adding pp-aa5.


12. Blending modification of PP/PBT

Formula Resin PP100;

PBT20 lubricant EBS0.5; compatibility agent E/ea/gma5;

Processing technology The components are weighed according to the formula, put into the high speed mixer mixing evenly, out of the material, and then in the extruder melt blending extrusion granulation.

L/d≥20:1 of extruder, barrel temperature 190~230℃, screw speed 100~160r/min.

Performance Tensile strength 37.2MP, flexural strength 76.5MPa, impact strength 10kj/m2.

PBT is Polar polymers, and PP non-polar polymers, the two incompatible between the use of E/ea/gma compatibility, improve the adhesion of the interface, play a good compatible role.


13. Blending modification of Pp/sbs

Formula

Resin PP100; toughening agent SBS20; antioxidant 1520-d0.4; lubricant EBS0.2;

Processing technology The components are weighed according to the formula, put into the high speed mixer mixing evenly, out of the material, and then in the extruder melt blending extrusion granulation.

The length-diameter ratio of extruder is 25:1: Extrusion temperature is 155-215 ℃, screw speed is 100~160r/min.

Performance

With the increase of SBS addition, the impact strength and elongation of the blends increased gradually, and the tensile strength, flexural strength, modulus and hardness of the composites decreased.


14. Blending modification of PP/SBR

Formula

Resin PP60, crosslinking agent BP03, toughening agent Powder SBR (SBR) 14, lubricant stearic acid 0.8, antioxidant 1680.2, filler nanometer calcium carbonate 20;β nucleating Agent 2

Processing technology The PP, SBR and filler are weighed according to the formula, and are mixed and stirred evenly in the high speed mixer, discharging material, the nucleating agent, cross-linking agent, antioxidant, lubricant are weighed according to the formula proportion, mixed and stirred evenly, then the two kinds of mixture are added into the high speed mixer to mix well, and the mixed materials are added into the twin screw extruder. , the twin screw extruder is used for extruding and cooling, and granulation is done through the granulator machine.

Performance Tensile strength 35.8MPa, elongation at break 12.3%, bending strength 34.2MPa, notch impact strength 15.4kj/m2.
